Semi-Salted
Rustic and noble, it conveys its creamy taste and smacks of caramel and hazelnut in the summer. Semi-salted butter is the heady taste of fine salt (2.8%), a burst of flavour to enjoy simply, on the edge of a slice of bread.
Yuzu
The yuzu, a cross between a wild mandarin orange and a lemon, is folded into lightly salted butter. Elegant and fresh, it provides a marvelous bittersweet coating for a baked cod fillet en papillote. On a slice of bread, it can’t be beat with a lovely strawberry jam.
Seaweed
A seafarer’s butter, it draws its intensity from seaweed filled with iodine, and colors your plates with its lovely tones of red, green and black.
